Bergets urmoder - The Mother of the mountain – a living primal force that pulsates with the rhythm of the earth. Her presence permeates every rock formation, every mineral vein, every underground stream.

I visited Brazil this winter and felt the mountain's spiritual presence, a primordial figure. To feel her power is to sense a vibration, ancient wisdom, and relentless strength. The mother is the earth's protector, our protector. The world can feel unsafe and dark in these times of war and troubled politics, but then she stands firm and welcomes you into her safe embrace. The Mother Mountain is a healing force, and she holds you when you ask her to.

Dance tradition

Those of you who have been there before know the magic we have created in community and dance surrounded by art. On Easter Sunday, we will dance together into the Mother's Mountain power. It will be a journey that takes us from softness up to ecstasy and down again, all the way to sunset.

Sunday, April 20, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, you are welcome to come earlier for coffee and are also welcome to stay after and wind down after the dance.

Children's corner

There will be an opportunity to find great deals on nice children's clothes and items at our little flea market, as well as children's books and art that are especially suitable for children.

The group exhibition

A tip during the art tour is to go to the group exhibition at Katrinetorp, where you can see artworks by each exhibiting artist who is a member of VSKG (Västra Skånes Konstnärsgille). There is also an app called VSKG, where you can find me at number 138.
